Air Hockey

Promoted exercises: Motor function: Flexion/extension of the elbow and flexion/ adduction of the shoulder with frontal, reaching movements of the arms (with arms resting on a table). Cognitive function: Reaction time training, goal-oriented coordination, obstacle avoidance, timing.

Description of the activity: The user must hit the hockey discs (pucks) that appear on the field and send them in the goal before they disappear. Once hit, if the puck does not enter the goal and bounces on the wall the user can hit it again until he scores. The RGS adaptive algorithm adjusts the position of the puck, the time before it disappears and the goal size according to the performance of the user. As the game progresses and the user scores, moving obstacles will appear in the form of a goalkeeper and hockey players to add complexity and motivation to enjoy the game.
